carrot + citrus juice

Servings 2-3

  • 10 carrots
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 orange   
  • 1 lime 


1.  Wash all vegetables thoroughly.
2.  Feed the vegetables and fruit through the juicer. 
3.  Rinse and clean juicer.
4.  Serve immediately.


For those of you that like their research (like me) here are some fun facts...
  • Carrots- Carrots are an excellent source of pro-vitamin A, vitamins C, D, E, K, B1 and B6.They are rich with biotin, potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, organic sodium and some trace minerals.
