cranberry salsa

 Perfect for an appetizer on Thanksgiving day!  It delicious and puts a nice spin on traditional salsa.

Servings 6
Total Time 15 minutes

  • 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
  • 1 bunch green onions, cut into 3 inch lengths
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 1/4-1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 large pinch salt


Combine cranberries and jalapeno pepper in a food processor or blender.  Blend on low until almost smooth.  Add the cilantro, green onions, lime juice, sugar, and salt and chop to a medium consistency. Refrigerate if not using immediately. Serve at room temperature.
