My favorite favorite favorite way to make salmon. If you haven't tried it yet... do. This is a great recipe to prepare for people that "don't like salmon". My personal opinion... this will make a salmon lover of anyone! I grew up thinking that I loved every type of fish except salmon and boy was I wrong!!

Total Time 30 minutes
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 1/2 pounds salmon
- 1/2 bunch green onions, chopped
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a small bowl combine the soy sauce, maple syrup, and brown sugar. In a pan, covered with foil, lay the fish filets. Pour the soy sauce mixture over the fish and top with the green onions.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until opaque in the center.
