sesame shrimp

Yum

 These are so good and ridiculously easy!!  I made them to go with the warm edamame and mushroom salad and they were perfect!!

Servings 3
Total Time 10 minutes

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 pound raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoon wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • sesame seeds
INSTRUCTIONS

 In a large skillet, over medium-high heat, add the shrimp and half of the vinegar and half of the soy sauce.  Toss until the shrimp are no longer transluecent, but pink, 5-7 minutes.  Add the rest of the vinegar and soy sauce to the skillet, and cook for an additional minute.


Top with sesame seeds and enjoy!!
