roasted red pepper hummus

Yum
This hummus is so good!  In fact, the people who think they don't like hummus... will like hummus.  It is quick, easy to prepare, and versatile to serve.  It is even great to use during the week on lunch wraps and sandwiches, so go ahead and double it so you'll have some leftovers!


Servings 2 cups
Total Time 10 minutes

INGREDIENTS

for hummus
for serving (you can use one or all of these- just some ideas!)
  • radishes
  • pita chips
  • celery
  • carrots
  • cucumber slices
INSTRUCTIONS


In a food processor or blender, add all the hummus ingredients and blend on high until very smooth.
