simple roasted brussels sprouts

These are quick and easy to make, plus they pair well with almost anything.  It's a win win for your meal!  I made them to go with caprese chicken and they were perfect!  

Servings 4-6
Total Time 25 minutes

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 pounds brussels sprouts, trimmed and cut in half
  • olive oil
  • course salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.


Drizzle the sprouts with olive oil and season liberally with salt and pepper.  Cook for 15-20, until the desired tenderness is reached.
