Yum
Tonight I made baked pasta with chicken and swiss chard again for dinner, yes it is that good (it's not often I make something multiple times).  However, I made a few changes since I didn't have any chicken on hand.  I swapped out the chicken for mushrooms and used marsala wine instead of white.  Amazing.  So good and perfect for a chilly winter night!
