Grocery List- Week 22

Yum
Meals for the week:

-cajun chicken fettuccine
-roasted vegetable salad with balsamic dressing
-parmesan rice with the meat or seafood of your choice (I chose blackened tuna)

Produce
  • 2 pounds red or yellow beets
  • 1 large sweet potato
  • 3 parsnips
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1/2 large red onion
  • 4 roma tomatoes
  • 1 bunch fresh parsley  
Baking/Spices/Nuts
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper  
Dressings/Oils/Vinegars
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Ethnic

Pasta/Rice/Beans/Canned Goods
  • 1 pound fettuccine
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 cups white rice 
Freezer

Dairy
  • 4 ounces fresh goat or feta cheese, crumbled (1 cup)
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Seafood/Meat
  • 3 whole boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Miscellaneous
  • 1/2 cup white wine
