Grocery List- Week 23

Yum
Meals for the week:

-baked kale and chicken pasta
-fajita quesadillas served with chips and salsa/guacamole
-slow cooker sweet potato lentil soup served with grilled cheese or a baguette

Produce
  • 1 large onion 
  • 7 garlic cloves
  • 2 bunches kale 
  • 2 lemons 
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 4 large carrots
  • 4 stalks celery
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary
Baking/Spices/Nuts
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2/3 teaspoon paprika
Dressings/Oils/Vinegars
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon liquid smoke
  • 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

Pasta/Rice/Beans/Canned Goods
  • 12 ounces large pasta shells 
  • 1, 15-oz can diced tomatoes
  • 64 oz vegetable broth
  • 2 cups green lentils  
Freezer

Dairy
  • 2 tablespoons butter 
  • 1, 15 ounce ricotta
  • 1 cup parmesan, grated, divided
Seafood/Meat
  • 2 cups shredded or chopped cooked chicken
Miscellaneous
  • 10-12 corn tortillas
