One of my favorites...

This pasta with garlicky greens and capers is one of my absolute favorites!  Plus, it is hotel room approved, which means that it doesn't take a ton of ingredients to prepare and a whole stove worth of pots and pans!  It's a win/win for my 300 sq ft hotel room!

The first time I made this I used a blend of greens, however, after making it again I would recommend using one bunch of kale.  Chop the kale, stalks and all (remember I'm all about ease!), and toss it in with the pasta during it's last 5 minutes of cooking time.  You will then drain it all together, return it to the pot, and toss it with the brown butter.  Amazing.  Simply amazing.
